1. Prices are in USD, and priced for each Windows, or Macintosh PC.
2. Renewal discount of 16% (i.e. $138/mth).
3. Option to change plans to Office Hours, or After Hours coverage at point of renewal (i.e. at 2nd month for month-to-month subscriptions, and at 2nd year for annual subscriptions). Renewal discount not applicable for Office or After Hours plans.
4. Subscription is non refundable, and non-transferable.
5. Once the subscription is cancelled, coverage and support will still be available for the active subscription period.
6. Backup storage is not meant to be used as file sharing, or collaboration purposes.
7. Numbers for calling in to the helpdesk will be assigned on a case-by-case basis. To avoid waiting on the phone, we recommend opening tickets instead.
8. Licenses and software for remote access, advance cyber security, anti-virus, anti-malware, backups, and/or monitoring will be removed from the PC upon subscription cancellation, or failure of renewal.
9. CTARe does not provide software licenses for each product used on an individual subscription basis.
10. Further bulk discounts for above ten (10) PC subscriptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
11. CTARe's decisions are final in all cases of related disputes.

We would usually have already been notified by our monitoring software, and are working on resolving the issue.

Response time for such critical issues are 2 hours, 1 hour, and 30 minutes for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans respectively.

Here's what we do for you:

  1. Monitor, and update your computers in your entire organisation.
    This is for base Microsoft products, and key 3rd party components.
  2. Remotely resolve issues.
  3. Monitor backups.
  4. Perform backups to an off-site location.

This is a general overview, what your company will require may include additional components.

That means you can get in contact with our helpdesk team to resolve your ad-hoc server and/or computer issues during the assigned hours in a day, and for 5 days a week.

The coverage does not extend to weekends or holidays.
